Topping the record charts is old hat for Scott Bailey SL ’92. He started all four years on the Buena Vista football team, recording the most touchdowns in a season (13) and the most touchdowns in a game (6). Bailey still holds the title of all-time leading rusher with 3,780 yards as well as the most rushing yards in a game (350) and in a season (1,429). He still holds the record for rushing yards per carry in a season (6.3). After graduation, Bailey stuck around to teach and coach in area high schools, picking up state championships. He also came back to his alma mater to coach football. Bailey is currently the Superintendent at Kingsley-Pierson. He lives with his wife Amy and two daughters Allison and Abigail in Kingsley.
