ASBURY, Iowa (Sept. 15, 2025) - Senior Hailey Bistodeau carded rounds of 83 and 82 and would help lead the Buena Vista women's golf team during the annual 36-hole Duhawk Invite hosted by Loras College on Sunday and Monday.

Bistodeau notched her first birdie of the weekend on the par-5 12th hole on Monday as she also made nine pars. Riley Haschke and Joie Christensen both turned in rounds of 87.

A total of only six teams competed in the event with a field consisting of 40 players. Haschke and Noelle Hammand both placed 20th.

Buena Vista finished with a 36-hole score of 704 and was only two strokes behind the host Duhawks.

The Beavers continue their fall schedule this weekend as they host the annual BVU Fall Invite on Sept. 20-21 at the BVU Golf Course at Lake Creek.
