“There's a reason they are seeded third in our league as they are relentless and strong from top to bottom,” said BVU head coach Brett Groen. “Of all the teams we have played this year, they punish you for not finishing balls you should, and if you leave them short they will capitalize on every little thing. We were a bit of a roller coaster at times tonight; had some bright spots, but again, if you don’t jump on each chance one by one, you will fall short and we just fell short tonight. Ryan and Tyler played good at doubles tonight. They jjust lost a late game that cost them the match. In singles, Kaiden was going toe-to-toe for a bit, but again, a few late set points that didn’t go in his favor, turned the set around the wrong way.”
