STORM LAKE, Iowa (February 1, 2022) - The Buena Vista baseball season is less than three weeks away and the team has put together a strong schedule for the 2022 campaign.

The Beavers will take the field for the first time on February 19 and 20 when they travel down to Topeka, Kan., for a three-game weekend series against Hamline University.  A week later, the team heads back south to take on nationally-ranked Washington University-St. Louis in a three-game series before it heads to Tucson, Ariz., from March 7-13 for the annual Spring Break trip (Tucson Invitational Games).

Upon returning from the desert, BVU will begin its 24-game American Rivers Conference schedule on the road at Central College with a three-game weekend series on March 25-26 before it turns around for its home opener a week later against Loras College.

BVU also has home weekend series against The final home series of the year will be against Wartburg and Dubuque while also playing a mid-week doubleheader against Nebraska Wesleyan.  The series against the Spartans is the final home series of the year before the Beavers are on the road at Coe College to close out the regular season slate.

This year's American Rivers Conference Tournament is set to return to Veterans Memorial Stadium in Cedar Rapids and is scheduled for May 12-14.
