DES MOINES, Iowa (Dec. 2, 2022) - The Buena Vista University Dance Team took part in the Iowa Dance Championships, held inside of Wells Fargo Arena, on Nov. 30, and brought home a runner-up and a pair of fourth-place finishes for its performances.

The event is in its 47th season and is the largest high school dance competition in the United States. This marks the 16th year in which it has also included college competition with 20+ schools taking part.

Buena Vista, under the direction of Kezia Molinsky and Tori Stille, captured second place with its Pom routine and earned fourth in both its Jazz and Hip Hop routines.
