CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (December 8, 2021) - The Buena Vista wrestling team was back in action for the first time in more than two weeks when it traveled to No. 7 Coe College on Wednesday night, but it was the host Kohawks picking up the 54-0 American Rivers Conference victory.

Byron Fleming fell by an 8-2 decision at 125 pounds in the first match of the evening for BVU before the Kohawks (4-0, 2-0 A-R-C) went on to score bonus points in the final nine matches.

Buena Vista drops to 1-3 overall (0-2 A-R-C) and hosts the BVU Open on Saturday, December 11, starting at 9:00 a.m.
