STORM LAKE, Iowa - Andrew Frerichs had his Collegiate iRacing debut last night racing in the Blue Ridge Classic at Virgina International Raceway. 

Race 1: Frerichs opened up the night battling for 2nd place with a Auburn University driver. He missed finishing 2nd by a tenth of a second. 
Race 2: This race was almost identical to race one with Frerichs finishing 3rd. 

Frerichs ended up having the fastest lap time out of all the racers which will give him additional points toward the standings. 

He will be competing next in the Shenandoah Sprints at Summit Point Raceway in Summit Point, West Virginia on September 10th.
