STORM LAKE, Iowa (Apr. 1, 2026) - Two members of the Buena Vista women's wrestling team have landed spots on the second American Rivers Conference All-Conference Women's Wrestling Team as announced by the league this afternoon.
Freshmen Savannah Freifeld (138lbs) and Ella Brown (207lbs) each earned the recognition as a result of their top-three overall placing at the A-R-C Conference Tournament earlier this season.
Brown, who wrestled in a round-robin format earned a runner-up finish at 207 pounds and is tied for the program's highest overall individual finish. Freifeld competed in a traditional bracket and came in third at at 138 pounds.
