PELLA, Iowa (February 27, 2021) - The Buena Vista men's indoor track & field team set out against a pair of nationally-ranked teams on Saturday and continued to post season-best marks as it competed at the Central Triangular.

Senior Lane Jellison captured the individual title in the shot put with a season-best heave of 13.99 meters while taking third in the weight throw.  JoJo Wallace was third in the 60-meter dash while Dylan Reimer took third in the 60-meter hurdles.

Jadon Micke came in fourth in what was a highly-contested 200-meter dash.  All of the top-7 finishers were within one second of each other.  Micke's time of 23.05 was his season-best.

Buena Vista came in third overall as a team with 53 total points.  The team looks ahead to next weekend's American Rivers Conference Indoor Championships which will take place at Wartburg College on Sunday, March 7.
