The Buena Vista men's tennis team wrapped up its regular season Iowa Conference schedule on Saturday with a pair of road matches at Central and Simpson, respectively.

Playing a man down throughout the day due to injury, BVU was forced to forfeit a pair of matches against both teams.

The Beavers took on the Dutch to start the day and were dealt a 9-0 loss before being edged, 6-3, by the Storm.

Chris Habermann and Jess Brace picked up yet another doubles win, rolling to an 8-2 victory before the number two team was edged, 8-6.

Brace, along with Grant Wright, each secured singles wins, including a three-set thriller by Brace.

BVU concludes its IIAC schedule at 1-6 and is 2-19 overall.  The season continues for the Beavers with a home match against Morningside College on Thursday, April 21 at 4:00pm.
