About Liz: Is the daughter of Rod and Lois...has two sisters, Anna and Faith...her sister Faith played basketball for the Beavers.

High School Highlights: Was a three-time letterwinner for the Cyclones and served as a team captain as a senior when the team was Class 3A State Runner-up.  She also lettered three years in volleyball, also serving as a team captain and earning Honorable Mention All-Hawkeye 10 accolades.  She was a four-year letterwinner in track.

Aside from athletics, she earned the All-Academic Award as a senior in both basketball and volleyball, was the recipient of the E. Wayne Cooley Award, as well as the Presidents Education Award - Outstanding Academic Excellence.

College Highlights:

2015-16: She appeared in 16 of the teams games this season averaging 5.2 minutes and 2.1 points. Her .412 percent shooting from three point was tops on the team. At North Central she scored a season high 8 points while adding 1 assist and 2 rebounds.

2014-15: Liz appeared in 17 games off the bench and averaged 7.1 minutes per outing.  For the year, she scored 1.8 points and grabbed 1.5 rebounds per contest.  She went 2-of-3 from downtown en route to a career-high eight points against Olivet Nazarene on December 18.  She also grabbed a career-best five rebounds against Luther College on January 28.

2013-14: She spent the majority of the season playing on the junior varsity team, but did appear in 12 games off the bench at the varsity level.  She averaged just over 5.0 minutes per outing and scored 10 points and grabbed 13 rebounds overall, while adding four blocked shots and three steals.  She made her collegiate debut against Whittier on November 23 and scored two points in just seven minutes.  She also had five games with two rebounds.
