About the Coach

Coach Charlie Pruitt is in his ninth year of coaching track & field/cross country. His passion for both sports and desire to provide young athletes with a similar great experience like his own is why he decided to become a coach. Coaching has never felt like work to him. His hope is that the student-athletes he coaches learn that they are always capable of more than they may think; no matter how difficult, stressful, or painful something may seem.

Pruitt believes a student-athlete who is willing to do a little bit extra and can carry a positive attitude can become great.
