About Nick: Is the son of Wayne and Karen...has one sister Jackie, as well as three brothers, Tony, Ryan and Andy...his father played college football at Loras College.
High School Highlights: Was a four-time letterwinner on the hardwood for the E-Hawks, earning all-conference accolades in three of those years. In addition, lettered four years in football.
College Highlights:
Transferred to BVU from Wayne State College in December of 2012.
2014-15: Played in all 26 games and made 18 starts as a senior. He ranked fifth on the team, averaging 8.0 points per contest, while also grabbing 4.8 boards per game. He turned in 15 points on 6-of-8 shooting at Martin Luther and grabbed a season-high 11 rebounds against nationally-ranked Illinois Wesleyan.
2013-14: Had a stellar season for the Beavers en route to earning IIAC Defensive Player of the Year accolades following the year - to go along with his Second Team All-IIAC honors. He started all 27 games and averaged 9.1 points and 7.4 rebounds per contest. His rebounding average was also fourth-best among all IIAC players. He also set a new school single-season record by shooting 68.1 percent from the field on the year and also led the IIAC with a 71.4 percent clip during league games. He turned in eight double-doubles on the year, including a 16-points, 13-rebound performance at Simpson on January 15. He scored a career-high 23 points against Luther on January 29.
2012-13: Played primarily with the junior varsity team after joining the team. Did make six appearances off the bench with the varsity, averaging 1.8 points and 1.7 rebounds in 5.0 minutes per contest. He scored five points and grabbed four rebounds against Dubuque on February 22.
