About Thomas: Is the son of Jay and Sandy...has two sisters, Emily and Abby.
High School Highlights: He was a four-year letterwinner in basketball for the Warriors. He earned First Team All-Conference and First Team All-District honors following both his junior and senior seasons.
As a senior, he averaged 17.2ppg and shot nearly 48 percent from the floor, including 43-percent clip from downtown (58-for-135). He also distributed the ball well, dishing out 82 assists.
In addition to basketball, he lettered four years in baseball and also earned First Team All-Conference and All-District recognition following his junior and senior campaigns. During his senior season, he was a key starter on a team that advanced into the semifinals of the state tournament.
College Highlights:
2017-18: He started all 26 games throughout the season. Wisecup averaged a team high 28.3 minutes per game while being the second leading scorer at 12.8 points per game. His 106 assists and 169 rebounds both led the team during the season while his 58 three pointers placed 2nd. Wisecup scored a season-high 26 points at Loras College on February 10.
2015-16: He started all 27 of the teams games this season. His 25.2 minutes per game ranked 3rd on the team and 9.4 points per game was 4th. His 46 three pointers made, 54 assists, .383 shooting percentage from three point were second on the team. In the final game of the season against Wartburg he scored a season high 22 points had 4 rebounds and 2 assists.
2014-15: Saw most of his playing time as a member of the junior varsity team. He came off the bench to play in six varsity games, averaging 2.3 minutes in those contests. His collegiate debut came against Martin Luther and he scored his first points when he made both free-throw attempts against Hartwick on December 30.
In addition to basketball, Thomas is also a member of the Beaver baseball team.
