About Paul: Is the son of Tim and Jill Gallagher...his mother played basketball at BVU...has two brothers, Grady and Anthony, as well as two sisters, Ellen and Sally...his brother, Grady, currently is a junior at BVU and also plays basketball.
High School Highlights: Was a four-time letterwinner for the Wildcats where he was a Second Team All-Western Valley Conference selection as a sophomore before earning First Team accolades as a junior and senior. He also served as a team captain his final two campaigns.
In addition to basketball, he earned varsity letters as a junior and senior in baseball and earned Second Team All-Conference accolades as a junior. He also lettered three times in both cross country and golf.
Aside from athletics, he was an academic all-conference selection all four years, listed on the Honor Roll each year, served on the Student Council one year and also served as Student Body President.
College Highlights:
2015-16: He would appear in 26 of the teams 27 games this season. He would average 8.5 minutes per game and 1.5 assists per game. His 75 percent free throw shooting was 6th on the team. Versus Trinity (TX) on Dec. 29th he would score a season high 9 points and have 2 assists along with 3 rebounds.
2014-15: Was a starter for the junior varsity team as a sophomore.
2013-14: Was a starter for the junior varsity team as a freshman.
