About James: Is the son of Ernest and Angla...has three sisters, Melissa, Cassandra and Breanna...his sister Breanna played basketball at Iowa Central CC.

High School Highlights: Was a two-time varsity letterwinner and was a Second Team All-Siouxland Conference selection and also played on a State Championship team.  In addition to basketball, he lettered three years in cross country.

College Highlights:
2014-15: Played primarily ont he junior varsity team throughout his sophomore campaign.

2013-14: Played primarily on the junior varsity team as a freshman.  Appeared in one varsity game off the bench when he played one minute against Simpson on February 22.
