About Grady: Is the son of Tim and Jill Gallagher...has two brothers, Paul and Anthony, as well as two sisters, Ellen and Sally...his mom played basketball at BVU.

High School Highlights: Was a four-time letterwinner on the court for the Wildcats and was a three-time all-conference selection, while also earning 2nd Team All-State accolades as a senior. In addition to basketball, he lettered his final three years in football where he was an All-District and All-Northwest Iowa selection as both a junior and senior and a 1st Team All-State performer his senior campaign. He lettered all four years in golf, and was a 1st Team All-Conference performer as both a junior and senior, while also lettering all four years in baseball, earning all-conference accolades as both a junior and senior. Aside from athletics, he was listed on the High Honor Roll and was a member of the National Honor Society.

College Highlights:
2014-15: Played in all 26 games off the bench and was the team''s back-up point guard.  He set career-highs in nearly every category.  He dished out 2.6 assist per game and posted a 3.4 assist-to-turnover ratio during IIAC play.  He scored a career-high 11 points at Loras College and registered a career-best seven assists versus Rockford.
2013-14: He appeared in all 27 of the team''s games off the bench this season and averaged nearly 16 minutes per contest.  He finished the year, averaging 3.5 points per game and was fifth on the team with 1.5 assists per contest.  He turned in a career-best 11 points, including a trio of three-point buckets against Gustavus Adolphus in the second game of the year.  He also hit double figures in a win at Simpson on January 15 while posting a career-high two steals.  He posted a career-best six assists during a win against Martin Luther on December 3. Following the year, he was named to the Academic All-IIAC Team for the first time.

2012-13: Grady turned in a solid season as the starting point guard for the junior varsity team.  He also saw limited action off the bench with the varsity, appearing in five games off the bench.  His collegiate debut came against Northwestern-St. Paul on November 30.  He scored his first two career-points against Wartburg on January 19.  He finished the year with an assist in four of the five games.

2011-12: Was a member of the junior varsity team as a freshman for the Beavers.
