What do you like most about your sport?

• As a pitcher, I love being the guy who my team can trust to go out there and shut it down. I also really enjoy hanging out with my teammates on and off the field.

What do you hope to achieve as a BVU athlete?

• I hope to improve every step of the way. My goal is to get 1% better every day and if at the end of my career as a BV athlete I can say I did that, I’ll consider that a success.

Who is your favorite BVU professor and why?

• While I am a freshman, my favorite professor so far is Beth Blankers, my accounting professor. She has such a charismatic attitude and it’s clear she genuinely cares about each one of her students. Her outlook on teaching is inspiring and I look forward to coming to her classes.

High School Highlights:

• 2x varsity letter winner, winning Academic All-State, Academic All-District, and 2nd Team All-District as a pitcher for baseball
