About Bobby: Is the son of Troy and Grace Ivey...his dad played baseball at Iowa State University and his mom played basketball at Loras College...has one brother, Michael, who''s a junior at BVU and a member of the baseball team...also has two sisters, Catie and Emily.
High School Highlights: Was a four-time letterwinner for Coach Wilkening and the Panthers. He was a starter and a Second Team all-conference selection on the 2011 1A State Championship team and the 2012 team that placed third. In addition to basketball, he lettered five years in baseball, earning Second Team All-Twin Lakes Conference and Second Team All-District accolades as a junior before landing a spot on the First Team in both as a senior. He also lettered twice in track. Aside from athletics, he served as his Senior Class President and was a member of the National Honor Society.
College Highlights:
2015-16: He started all 27 of the teams games this season. His 22.6 minutes per game were 5th as well as his 7.9 points per game. His 38.2 percent shooting from three, 49 assists, and 103 rebounds were third on the team. At Coe College on Feb. 20th he scored 19 points had 6 rebounds and 1 assist, 1 steal, and 1 block.
2014-15: He saw most of his action on the junior varsity team as a junior. He did come off the bench to play in nine varsity contests and played nearly 50 total minutes. He turned in a career-high five points on 2-of-3 shooting at Martin Luther.
2013-14: Played primarily as a starter on the junior varsity team. He did see limited action off the bench at the varsity level, appearing in five games, averaging nearly two minutes in those contests.
2012-13: Played as a member of the junior varsity team during his freshman season with the Beavers.
