Women's Track & Field Represented on USTFCCCA All-Academic Lists

STORM LAKE, Iowa (Aug. 6, 2026) - The USTFCCCA recently announced its 2025-26 list for both All-Academic Team and All-Academic individual honors with Buena Vista landing representation on each list.

As a team, the Beavers maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.39 under first-year head coach Ty Hoover. Freshman Hailey Hearting, a Biology Pre-Vet and Animal Science major, was listed on the individual list. Hearting had a stand out rookie campaign, where she went on to earn All-Region accolades in the heptathlon during the outdoor season this past spring.

Each division has specific criteria for qualification. In general, cumulative GPA and competition standards must be met for student-athletes and/or teams-in-the-whole to be honored.

The USTFCCCA presents these awards in cross country and track & field. For All-Academic purposes, indoor track & field and outdoor track & field are considered on a combined basis.
