Three Men's Soccer Players Named CSC All-Academic

STORM LAKE, Iowa (Nov. 26, 2025) - The Buena Vista University men's soccer team landed three student-athletes on this year's College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team as announced this week.

Student-athletes are nominated by their school's Athletics Communications office with a maximum total of six men eligible per school. An individual must have started in at least 90 percent of the team's overall matches played or have played in at least 66 percent, maintained an overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, be at least a sophomore in academic standing.

A total of 74 student-athletes (women and men) from across the American Rivers Conference were recognized on the team.

The Beavers landed seniors Kendall Bickford, Jacob Kirchner, and Zachary Sigler on this year's team. Kirchner is now a two-time honoree while the other two are recognized for the first time.

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2025-26 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs.
