SIOUX CITY, Iowa (Jan. 9, 2024) - The Buena Vista University women's wrestling team was back in action for the first time in over a month as it traveled to Morningside University on Thursday night for a non-conference dual, and the Beavers remained perfect on the year with a 25-20 victory.

The shorthanded Mustangs picked up wins in their matches that were wrestled, but the Beavers were able to take advantage of the open weights en route to their third dual win of the year.

Buena Vista (3-0) will travel to the Mike Duroe Invitational, hosted by Cornell College on Jan. 18.
