BVU picked right up to start the second half where it left off to end the first. Senior Mia Norton was the recipient of a pair of nice passes from both Hailey Chambers and Bailey Gibbons to register her second career goal and make it a 3-0 advantage only two minutes into the half.
The Rams, despite finishing with only five total shots in the contest, avoided the shutout with a goal late in the 51'. Lippert added her second goal of the day just eight minutes later to again make it a three-goal cushion before the Beavers ended the scoring with Chambers' goal early in the 64'.
Chambers (6), Lippert (5) and Norton (4) combined for 15 of BVU's season-high 21 shots in the match. Norton finished with one goal and a pair of assists, Chambers with her goal and one assists, Lippert with two goals and Gibbons with two assists.
