DUBUQUE, Iowa (Sept. 23, 2023) - The Buena Vista women's soccer team went on the road to Loras College to begin American Rivers Conference play on Saturday afternoon, but the Beavers fell to the Duhawks, 6-0, inside of the Rock Bowl.

Loras held a 22-0 advantage in first half shot attempts and were able to build a 2-0 halftime advantage. The Beavers posted two shots in the second half, but the Duhawks added 14 more and finished with 15 shots on-goal for the game, while adding four more second-half goals.

All six goals for Loras (7-1-0, 0-1-0 A-R-C) came from six different players.

Buena Vista is now 3-5-0 on the seaso (0-1-0 A-R-C) and plays host to Luther College next Saturday, Sept. 30, at 5 p.m.
