Box Score ANKENY, Iowa (Sept. 19, 2023) - Chloe Lippert and Kylee Brown scored first half goals and Kaycie King added a third midway through the second half, and the Buena Vista women's soccer team picked up a 3-0 road victory on Tuesday evening at Faith Baptist Bible College.

Lippert ended the scoreless match with her team-leading sixth goal this season during the 13th minute on an assist from Madyline Taylor. Brown scored her first goal of the year with five minutes to play before intermission as King registered her second of the year during the 67th minute.

Brown turned in a team-high five shots in the match with three on-goal. Taylor had two shots as Lippert put both of her shots on-goal. As a team, the Beavers finished with 13 shots and nine on-goal.

Trisha Westphal picked up the win in-goal for BVU, tallying four saves during the second shutout of the year.

Buena Vista improves to 3-4 on the year and will now begin American Rivers Conference play on Saturday, Sept. 23, on the road at Loras College beginning at 3:30 p.m.
