STORM LAKE, Iowa - League of Legends opens up NECC Navigators Heartland playoffs tonight at 7 pm against #4 Waldorf University. Both teams come into the playoffs with a 4-4 record but with Waldorf's head-to-head victory earlier this season they are the #4 seed while the Beavers at #5. 

The Beavers and the Warriors in Week one of hte season back on September 21. Lot has changed since then as the Beavers have won three of the last four matches after starting just 1-3. The Beavers opened up the season 0-2 before picking up their first victory of the season 2-0 against Bradley University Sceptre. 

They would fall to Wartburg in week four in a close battle 2-1 before beating Southwest Minnesota State University 2-1 in week five. In week six and seven they beat Concordia-Nebraksa and K-State Freshman 2-0 before falling 2-0 against Murray State Gold ending the regular season with a 4-4 record. 

With a victory the Beavers would face off against either #1 seed Augustana Yellow or #8 seed Bradley University Sceptre on November 30th. 

The team consists of Brody McClemore, Alexander Chadzynski, Will Hatchitt, Luke Hatchitt, Keden Barton, Daniel Zeman and Benjamin MConaughy.
