INDIANOLA, Iowa (Oct. 5, 2022) - The Buena Vista men's soccer team was back on the road Wednesday night at Simpson College, but it would be the Storm scoring three times in both halves en route to the 6-0 American Rivers Conference victory.

The Storm broke the scoreless match during the 30th minute which sparked a three-goal tally over a six-minute span late in the half. They would then go on to score twice over a three-minute span midway through the second half before capping the scoring late in the 86th minute. All six goals were scored by six different players with Simpson finishing the contest with a 36-3 advantage in total shots.

Isaiah Thomas got the start in-goal and played the duration of the first half before Tyler Pennington came on and played the second.

Buena Vista is now 0-9-2 on the year (0-3-0 A-R-C) and will play at Cornell College on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 p.m.
