Wartburg College built a 5-0 halftime lead and never looked back on Wednesday evening, as the Knights came into J. Leslie Rollins Stadium and handed the Buena Vista women's soccer team a 9-0 Iowa Conference setback.

The Knights (5-5-1) had 10 different players record at least one shot, as BVU was out-shot, 22-4, overall.

Namoi Wood had two of the BVU shots, and Sam Richards had the team's only shot-on-goal.

Anna Houghton and Tricia Schwartz each played a half, with Schwartz tallying three saves.

Buena Vista is now 2-9 overall (0-2 IIAC) and will return to action on Saturday evening for a 5:00pm contest at Simpson College.
