The Buena Vista men's soccer team wrapped up its 2012 season on Tuesday night, but came up short against Simpson College, as the Storm scored a goal early in each half en route to a 2-0 victory.

Simpson went in front 1-0 less than seven minutes into the match before adding an insurance goal less than a minute into the second.

Buena Vista was held to just five total shots in the contest, as it finishes the year at 5-11-1 overall (0-7 IIAC).

The match was also the final one in the careers of Tyler Huntsman and Eric Karita.
