Central College took a 1-0 lead into the half before adding a pair of second half goals to top the Buena Vista women's soccer team, 3-0, on Saturday afternoon.

The Dutch out-shot the Beavers 10-2 in the first half before BVU held an 11-6 advantage in the second.

Shelby Ripperger led the team with four shots, including two on-goal, to help pace BVU offensively, with Tori Carson adding three more.

Buena Vista is now 9-6-1 overall (0-5 IIAC) and will look to get back into the win column on Wednesday afternoon when it steps out of league play to travel to Gustavus Adolphus for a 4:00pm start time.
