Jennifer Radley begins her third season as the program's assistant softball coach in the spring of 2016 following a stand-out playing career at both the high school and collegiate levels.
Radley, a 2011 graduate of Wayne State College, came to BVU after two years with the Wildcats as a graduate assistant coach while working on her master's degree. She was a four-year starter, primarily at first base, for the program from 2008-2011 and left as its all-time record holder in home runs, including a single-season record of 16 during her senior campaign.

She was a three-time First Team All-NSIC player and was named the league's Rookie of the Year in 2008 after hitting what was then a school-record 11 home runs and driving in 39 runs. For he career, she totaled 39 home runs and 149 RBI. As a senior, she led the team in nearly all offensive categories, including a career-best .382 average and a .771 slugging percentage.

She graduated with a degree in psychology.
