About Tyler: Has one sister, Katie, who is a member of the BVU women''s cross country and track & field teams.

High School Highlights: Was a four-time varsity letterwinner for the Maple Leafs and was a state qualifier and an all-area performer as a senior.

College Highlights:

2016-17: Wrestled in 13 varsity matches...Made his season debut on January 14 at the Matmen Invite...Picked up back-to-back IIAC victories during duals against both Nebraska Wesleyan and Simpson.

2015-16: Was limited to only six matches due to injury.

2014-15: Finished at 6-13 overall.

Why did you choose BVU: The feel of being home and the small class sizes.
