Caleb Radley begins his second season in 2024-25 as an assistant coach for both the men's and women's wrestling teams for BVU.

During his first season in 2023-24, Radley helped coach one regional placewinner on the men's side and three more regional placewinners on the women's side.

Radley is a 2016 graduate of Minnesota State University at Moorhead. He arrived on campus as a freshman in the fall of 2014 before graduating early with a bachelor's degree as a sophomore, During his two years, he wrestled for the Dragons and was named an Academic All-American.
 
In 2018, Radley earned his master’s in Kinesiology (emphasis in biomechanics) from Iowa State University. He also did the Industrial Engineering graduate program (emphasis in Human Factors/Ergonomics) and left it to pursue coaching.

A native of Thatcher, Ariz., Radley compiled an overall prep career record of 155-24, including a 56-4 mark his senior campaign where he went on to place third at the Arizona State Tournament. Radley was a two-time conference champion, two-time Arizona state place winner, three-time Arizona National Team member and a freestyle state champion.
 
Radley went on to serve as an Associate Head Wrestling Coach at Thatcher High School from 2019-2021, Men’s Assistant Wrestling Coach at Chadron State College from 2021-2022 (Volunteer Women’s Assistant on the side), Men’s and Women’s Wrestling Assistant at Southwestern Oregon Community College (SWOCC) from 2022-2023, Volunteer Assistant Coach at the Beaver Dam Regional Olympic Training Center (RTC) from 2022 until arriving at BVU.
