Biography

About Sydnee:  Is the daughter of Todd and Barb...has two sisters, Courtney and Makenna.

High School Highlights:  Was a varsity letterwinner for the Huskies from 2010-12 and was an all-conference selection in 2011.  She also served as a team captain in 2012.  In addition to volleyball, she earned varsity letters in track and field from 2008-13 and was named MVP in 2012-13.  She also served as a captain in 2013.  In gymnastics, she lettered also lettered from 2008-13 and was all-conference each year, also qualifying to state each time.  In 2010-13 she was an all-state selection and was a team captain for the Huskies in 2013.

Aside from athletics, she was an Academic All-State in all sports and was also the recipient of the Band Award.

College Highlights:

2015: She would play in all 34 matches and 129 games this season for the beavers. She would rank 3rd on the team in assists, 5th in aces, and first in digs with 582. In the last game of the season against Loras, she set a new school record with 45 digs in a single game.

2014: She played in 34 matches and played 121 total sets.  Her 51 kills ranked fifth on the team and her 46 assists were second.  She also added 29 services aces and was fifth with 233 digs.  Her 23 total blocks also put her sixth.  For the year, she turned in a career-high seven kills against St. Olaf, seven assists against Martin Luther and 19 digs during a four-set match versusNebraska Wesleyan.  Following the year, she was also named to the Academic All-IIAC Team.

2013: She played in 22 matches for the Beavers during her freshman season and ranked fourth on the team with 95 kills and 234 digs.  She was second 46 assists and sixth with 21 total blocks.  She set a career-high with eight kills in her collegiate debut against Adrian and later matched that total midway through the year against William Penn.  Just days later, she dished out a career-high seven assists in a win against Dubuque.  She also registered a career-best 20 digs against Olivet in just her third career match.
