Darci Boling joined the Buena Vista volleyball coaching staff in the fall of 2022 as an assistant coach.
In her first season, the Beavers finished third in the regular season conference standings before advancing into the championship match of the American Rivers Conference Tournament. She helped coach a pair of all-conference players while BVU, as a team, ranked in the top half of the A-R-C in kills/set.
Boling is a 2002 graduate of Galva-Holstein High School before going on to be a four-year starter in volleyball at Wichita State University (2002-05). During her collegiate career, she was selected to the All-Freshman Team, earned Second Team All-Conference accolades in 2003 before ending her career as a two-time First Team All-Conference performer.
Since graduating with a degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications, Boling has coached multiple club teams in Kansas as well as Texas before moving back to Holstein where she has served as a Camp and Lesson Coach for Northwest Iowa Premier Volleyball since 2013.
In addition, she is also the Owner and Director for the NWI Premier USA Volleyball Indoor and Outdoor Club, a role she has held since 2018.
