About Alexis: Is the daughter of Ryan and Stacy...has three brothers, Blake, Cole, and Gabe, as well as one sister, Baily.
High School Highlights: Was a three-time letterwinner in volleyball for the Jays, as well as a three-time letterwinner in basketball and track. She earned four letters while playing softball.
Aside from athletics, she was a member of the National Honor Society (Vice-President), was listed on the Gold Honor Roll, and was an Academic Athlete of the Year nominee.
College Highlights:
2013: Saw limited action off the bench for the Beavers at the varsity level and did see significant time with the junior varsity team as well. Following the year, she did earn Academic All-IIAC accolades for the third straight year.
2012: Appeared in 23 matches and totaled 30 kills, including a season-high four against both Mayville State and Concordia-Wisconsin. Defensively, she added 21 total blocks, including a season-high three on three seperate occassions.
2011: She came off the bench and saw action in 15 matches as a sophomore, posting a career-high six kills against Martin Luther in just her third match of the year. She again reached that total against Macaelester just over a week later, while also turning in a career-best five ace serves.
2010: Was primarily a member of the junior varsity team as a freshman.
Aside from playing volleyball, she has also been involved in various volunteer activities at BVU, including Teachers Inc., BV Buddies, and has also served as a School of Faith teacher at St. Mary''s Catholic Church in Storm Lake.
