About Lani: Is the daughter of Thane and Kelly Brown and Jennifer Cruz...has two brothers, Nam Brown and Carlos Cruz as well as one sister, Emily Cruz.

High School Highlights: Was a three-year letterwinner in tennis for the Tornadoes (2011-13) and was also a team captain and all-conference performer...Listed on the Honor Roll...Named Academic All-Conference.

College Highlights:

2017-18: She played as the #1 in singles competition and primarily as the #1 in doubles. She went 0-3 for both singles and doubles matches. She teamed with Katrina Chalyawong for one match and Rachel West for two matches.
