MEET RACHEL
- Daughter of Scott and Maureen
- Has two sisters: Emily and Kate
WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE BVU?
BVU was one of the only schools near my home that offered my major of choice. Being at a small school has allowed me to take many classes and have multiple majors, thus creating great opportunities for my future.
WHAT DO YOU HOPE TO ACHIEVE AS A BVU ATHLETE?
I hope to become more confident in my abilities both on and off the field and I hope to help create a team atmosphere that makes the sport fun and enjoyable for my teammates.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR SPORT?
While I haven't had an opportunity to participate in my chosen sport yet, I'm really excited for the comradery of the team. Soccer is very much a team sport and everyone I've met has been incredibly kind.
WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE BVU PROFESSOR AND WHY?
It's a really hard choice to choose between all of the amazing art and computer-science professors at BVU but I think my favorite is Professor David Boelter. He has pushed me to be a better artist and has created a comfortable and supportive atmosphere in the art building.
