About Alex: Is the daughter of Greg and DeniseLynott.

High School Highlights: Was a four-timeletterwinner in basketball and was voted as a team captain hersenior season.

In addition to basketball, she was a four-time letterwinner insoftball, while lettering three years in track, two years insoccer, and one year each in volleyball and cross country. On thediamond, she was a Second Team All-Conference selection as ajunior.

Aside from athletics, she served as Vice-President of theNational Honor Society, and was listed on the Honor Roll all fouryears.

College Highlights:
2013-14: Despite missing significant time during themiddle part of the season due to injury, she did appear in 15 gamesoff the bench and averaged a career-high 10 minutes percontest.  For the year, she averaged 2.0 points and 1.1rebounds, while dishing out nearly 1.0 assist per game.  Sheturned in a season-high five points against both Grand View andIowa Wesleyan while grabbing a career-high six rebounds againstWhittier.

2012-13: She appeared in 22 games off the bench for theBeavers and averaged 2.1 points and 1.0 rebounds while averaging8.0 minutes per contest.  She turned in her first careedouble-digit game when she scored a career-best 12 points during awin against Dubuque on February 6.  She grabbed four reboundsin just four minutes early in the season against Northwestern-St.Paul on November 30 and dished out a career-best three assistsagainst Wartburg on February 13.

2011-12: She again spent time with the junior varsityas a sophomore, but also saw time in 16 games off the bench withthe varsity which earned her a varsity letter. She turned in herfirst career points when she went 2-of-2 from the field and alsograbbed four rebounds against Northwestern College (MN) on November19. She scored a career-best six points and grabbed a career-highfive rebounds in a win against Crown College on December 3.

2010-11: Alex saw much of her playing time with thejunior varsity as a freshman.
