DESCRIBE YOUR AVERAGE PREGAME RITUAL
I have to make sure I am fed, hydrated, ideally caffeinated, and with the right amount of sleep and a conscious and premeditated circadian rhythm intact. These are non negotiable. In a perfect world, I’m also able to sit in my car for at least 15 minutes to mentally prepare to perform. This can be done in a locker room at away games. Pretty basic.
