About Axel:  Is the son of Ngango Innocent and Kayisime Nzaramba...has two brothers, Yvon and Daniel, as well as two sisters, Jessica and Johanna.

High School Highlights:  Earned a varsity letter in 2011 while playing soccer and was also a team captain.  In addition to soccer, he also lettered in basketball and also served as a captain.

Aside from athletics, he was named the Best Sportsman in 2011 and also the Most Participative Student.

College Highlights:
2014: Axel appeared in 17 matches for BVU, including 15 starts.  He scored his only goal of the year against Concordia-Moorhead on October 21.  Following the year, he was the team''s lone representative on the Academic All-IIAC Team.

2013: Played in all 18 matches for the team and also made 11 starts.  He was a key contributor to the team defensively and was a part of three shutouts overall.  He also turned in his only points of the year when he scored his first career goal during BVU''s 6-0 win at Rockford.
