Kezia is set to begin her eighth year on campus in the fall of 2025 and serves as the director of Cheer, Dance and STUNT. She was instrumental in starting up the STUNT program which is set to begin its fourth season as a varsity sport on campus in 2025-26 and is an emerging sport at the NCAA level.

Molinsky has helped coach the Beaver cheer team to several top-3 finishes in various categories at the annual A-R-C Cheer & Dance Competition. This past season, the 5-person STUNT team captured its first-ever conference championship in the event by earning 34.27 points. The Dance Team placed third overall in 2025 after taking fifth for the two years prior. In addition, the Beavers landed five total all-conference selections which matched its combined total for the three previous years.

In the spring of 2023, Molinsky led the STUNT team to STUNT Nationals in its first year of competition, securing a pair of All-Americans. This past year (2025), she coached three All-Americans, including the program's first two-time selection in the sport.

In her first season (2018-19), Molinsky helped guide the Beaver cheer team to a third-place finish at the second annual conference Cheer & Dance Competition while in 2022-23, the dance team had a trio of top-3 performances at the Iowa State Dance Championships.  During the COVID-19 adjusted season in 2021, she was able to lead the dance team to a runner-up finish in the hip-hop category.  The program captured the overall title in the stunt category in 2022.

From 2011-2018, Molinsky served as the first-ever head competitive cheer/dance and stunt coach at Menlo College in Atherton, Calif.  In 2015, she was also promoted to Director of Health and Wellness.  In just her second season as cheer/dance coach, her team won the national title at San Jose, Calif., and in 2016 the program transitioned to a stunt program to further promote the sport.

Before entering the collegiate coaching ranks, she spent 16 years (1996-2011) as a very successful coach at the high school level - spending it all at North Marion High School in Aurora, Ore.  During her career, she helped lead her teams to five consecutive state and national titles.  In 1999 and until 2011, she also served as the school's Social Studies, PE and Health instructor.

Kezia holds an undergraduate degree from Lane Community College in both social sciences and secondary education and also from Western Oregon University where she also earned a master's degree.
