High School Highlights: Two-time letterwinner in baseball (2015 & 2016)...two-year letterwinner in basketball (2014-15 & 2015-16)...served as a basketball team captain his senior year...Member of a state runner-up baseball team in 2016...Member of the National Honor Society

College Highlights:

2020: Started all seven games before the remainder of the season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic...hitting .393 with 11 hits in 28 at-bats...ranked third on the team with seven RBI...had four hits, including one double and three RBI, during series-opener against Grinnell College.

2019:  Started 34 of 39 games he appeared in...ranked second on the team with a .377 average...third on team with 52 hits...tied for second on team with 28 RBI...had 18 multi-hit games...ended the year with a career-best seven-game hitting streak....had a pair of four-hit games, including one during A-R-C play against Luther...named Academic All-Conference.

2018: Rock played in 22 games this year primarily splitting time at firstbase with Tennyson. He hit .211 in his 57 at bats during the year. He had 12 hits this year as well as six runs scored, seven runs batted in, six walks, and two stolen bases. Against Nebraska Wesleyan on April 2nd Rock went 2-for-3 with three runs scored, two runs batted in, and one stolen base. 

2017: Played primarily on the junior varsity team as a freshman...He did appear in five varsity contests and posted six hits in 10 at-bats...His collegiate debut came against Hamline on March 6 when he went 1-for-2...He went 3-for-4 with a pair of RBI and two runs scored against Salem St. on March 18.
