About Dalton: Dalton is the son of Brad and Teresa Mason... and brother of Reilly and Madilyn Mason.

High School Highlights: Dalton was a three time letter winner in baseball in high school.

College Highlights:

2017: Second Team All-Iowa Conference...Appeared in 15 games out of the bullpen...Went 2-1 with a team-best 2.05 ERA over 22.0 innings...Led the team and the Iowa Conference with seven saves...Total ranked second in singe-season history for BVU...Posted a career-high 22 strikeouts and only seven walks...Recorded his first save during the IIAC opener against Luther on March 25 when he struck out two over 1.1 innings...Struck out a career-high five while pitching 2.1 innings during game one of a doubleheader against the University of Dubuque while picking up his third save.

2016: He would appear in 12 games pitching 17.2 innings, striking out 14, and collecting 3 saves. He would finish the season with a 4-1 record. He would pitch 3 scoreless innings against Wartburg on April 10^th without allowing a hit and striking out 2.

2015: He made three appearances out of the bullpen and pitched three total innings and allowed two runs while striking out four.  He made his collegiate debut in the team''s season opening win against Cornell College on March 8 when he worked one inning of relief, allowing one run on three hits, while striking out two.

2014: Played on the junior varsity team as a freshman.
