About Tyler: Is the son of Shawn and Angela...has two sisters, Megan and Madison.
High School Highlights: He was a three-time varsity letterwinner in football for the Bombers (2011, 2012, 2013). He earned All-District accolades his senior year and also served as a team captain. In addition to football, he was a three-year letterwinner in wrestling where he received the H.E.A.R.T Award.
Aside from athletics, he was an academic all-conference performer each year.
College Highlights:
2017: In his senior season for the Beavers, Tyler would see action in six games and record seven tackles, four of which came in the win over Central.
2016: Tyler was one of five BVU football players voted Academic All-Conference. He would appear in nine games his junior year, starting three. He tallied 16 total tackles.
2015: He would play in 9 games this year for the beavers where he would have 14 tackles and 0.5 sacks. Against Waldorf he would tie his season high with 3 tackles.
2014: Tyler played primarily as a member of the junior varsity team as a freshman.
