College Highlights:

2018: Eric made 10 appearances this season starting seven of those appearances. He accumualted a win/loss record of 2-3. He threw 46 innings this year, which ranked third on the team, and had an ERA od 4.30 which led all starters. He had 37 strikeouts and surrendered 43 hits. LaRue gave up 27 runs this year and only 22 of those runs were earned. In his start against Nebraska Wesleyan on April 2nd,  he went 6.1 innings surrendering six hits and only one run which was not earned. He struck out six batters and earned the win in the game. 

2019: Eric appeared in 9 games starting 6 of them. He threw 28.2 innings with an ERA of 7.22. Eric's record for the season was 3-3 striking out 21 batters. He had a season high 5 strikeouts against Dubuque where he pitched 4.2 innings allowing only 2 hits.

2020: Did not appear in any of the team's first seven games before the remainder of the season was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2021: Returned from injury to make his season debut on April 3 against Coe where he tossed a scoreless inning with one walk and one strikeout...Made eight total appearances out of the bullpen for the year...pitched 7.1 total innings with an ERA of 7.36...pitched a season-high 2.0 innings against Wartburg while striking out three.
