About Nate: Is the son of Mike and Nancy...his mother played softball at Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge...has one brother, Ben.

High School Highlights: He was a two-year varsity letterwinner in football for the Monarchs and was a First Team All-District selection his senior season, while also receiving Honorable Mention All-Western Iowa accolades.  He also served as a team captain.

In addition to football, he lettered three years in basketball and was an Honorable Mention All-Hawkeye 10 selection following his senior campaign, while also serving as a team captain.  He also earned four varsity letters as a member of the track and field team.

Aside from athletics, he earned the Hawkeye 10 Character Award and was a member of the National Honor Society.

College Highlights:

2015: He would appear in 2 games and would spend most of his time at the JV level.

2014: Nate played primarily as a member of the junior varsity team as a freshman.
