About Ben: Is the son of Randy Seitz and Rebecca Seitz...has two brothers, Richard and David, as well as one sister, Berlyn.
High School Highlights: Was a four-time letterwinner for the Bulldogs and was an all-conference, all-district and all-state selection as a senior. He also served as a team captain for the Bulldogs. In addition to football, Ben also lettered four times in both basketball and track, while earning one more in track.
College Highlights:
2015: He would play in 9 games this year for the beavers. He would rank 2nd in nearly all receiving categories including receptions, receiving touchdowns, and third in yards per game. Against Wartburg he would bring in 10 catches for 123 yards.
2014: Ben was an Honorable Mention All-IIAC receiver following the year. He finished second on the team with 65 catches for 828 yards. He also hauled in eight touchdowns and had a season-long catch of 61 yards against Loras College on October 11. He also set career-highs in that game with 10 catches for 140 yards and one score. He had a string of seven straight games with at least one touchdown grab snapped in the season finale at Coe.
In addition to his receiving duties, he was also among the team''s top kick returners. He returned 33 kicks for an average of over 20 yards. He had returns of more than 30 yards in each of the final three games, including a 39-yard return against Central in the home finale.
2013: Played in all 10 games for the Beavers and finished third on the team with 22 receptions and 315 yards, while scoring his first career touchdown at Wartburg College. A week later he chalked up a career-best 91 yards on four catches at Central. In addition to his receiving duties, he also spent time returning kicks and averaged 22 yards per return on the year.
2012: Played his freshman season as a primary player with the junior varsity team.
