About Zach:  Is the son of Brad and Heather...has three brothers, Ethen, Cooper and Carson...his dad played college basketball at Loras College.

High School Highlights:  Was a four-time letterwinner for Coach Lensch and the Wildcats and was a First Team All-Conference selection following his senior year as a linebacker.  He was also a Second Team selection that same year as a kicker and was a Second Team selection as a defensive end in 2011.  He also lettered four times in track and was a four-year state qualifier in the high jump and qualified one year in the 100 meter dash.  In addition, he earned four varsity letters in baseball and was Second Team All-Conference.  He aslo lettered four years in basketball.

Aside from athletics, he was a member of the National Honor Society.

College Highlights:

2015: He would play in all 10 games this season. He would rank 3^rd on the team in tackles with 67 (32 solo, 35 assisted). He would also have 1 interception and 2 forced fumbles. At Wartburg he would have 13 tackles including 1 for a loss.

2014: Appeared in all 10 games for the Beavers and ranked 10th in total tackles with 30.  He also registed one sack and had a pair of pass breakups.  He had a career-best nine tackles in the season finale at Coe College and also had five stops and his first career sack two weeks earlier against Wartburg.

2013: Played primarily as a member of the junior varsity team for the Beavers during his freshman season.
