DECORAH, Iowa (Feb. 28, 2026) - The Buena Vista indoor women's track & field team completed the American Rivers Conference Championships on Saturday afternoon on the Luther College campus.

Despite only competing in a few events on the day, BVU got a season best performance in the mile run from junior Megan Bakke, who would place 12th overall. Karley Ruiz-Genovese  was right behind and turned in a personal best time.

Freshman Anna Hoffman turned in a personal best time in the 200m dash.

Wartburg College (216pts) runs away with the overall team title with Central College (149.5pts) coming in second.

Next up for the Beavers will be the Central College Invite to begin the outdoor season on March 27-28.
